Essential IDX

Make all of your IDX Broker search pages (Address Search, Advanced Search, Basic Search, and Listing ID Search) responsive and customize the colors with the Essential template set.

This template is similar to the new Precision template IDX Broker offers, but with the Essential template set, you can easily customize colors on all of your IDX Broker templates at once with the IDXAddons Color tool

These are basic, responsive templates that are also all optimized for mobile devices.

The Advanced Search Essential template features the Reset and Search buttons on the bottom of the page, instead of the center like the default IDX template.

You can also have your logo on the loading screen when the users hit the search button.
