The Excellent Agent App: landing pages for your agents
What is the Excellent Agent App?
The Excellent Agent App is an IDXAddon that allows agents within a brokerage to create their landing page to share with clients. This widget is designed to help agents showcase their skills and expertise to potential clients, making it easier for them to close more deals.
With the Excellent Agent App, agents can display their active and sold listings. More importantly, that lead will automatically be assigned to the Agent that sent the visitor to your site.
Leads can get to these agents through the roster page. When they land here, if they search, they’ll see the same properties as they would on the main page; but saved properties and searches would get assigned to the agent’s page they started at.
Additional Settings
Visitors can choose to see Active/Sold Listings. If you or any of your agents don't have listings available to show to your leads, you might get them frustrated by seeing an empty space.
To avoid this situation, we have created the Fallback Widget. When you activate it, you can choose what listings to display. You can take advantage of this section to display featured listings.
Important Note: This app is only available for IDXBroker accounts with Multiple Users.
How do I create the landing pages?
In the page's header, you’ll see the following titles by default. When you click on them, it’ll take you to the corresponding section:
- My Listings
- About Me
- Home Valuation
In the content section of the app, realtors can modify the name of these sections.

How do I activate the app?
Go to this link once you have your IDXAddons access and the app will give you a wrapper code and tell you where to add it. It will also give you a subheader code and tell you where to add it. Both of these are added to your IDXBroker portal.
Brokers can also modify what appears on the header and footer.
