How do I sign up for an IDX Connect?

To sign up for IDX Connect without an IDX Broker account:

1. Start with IDX Broker
   Go to IDX Broker Signup page at https://signup.idxbroker.com/d/realtycandy and complete the signup. IDX Broker will send you any necessary MLS authorization forms within minutes.
2. Submit MLS Forms
   Sign and return the forms to IDX Broker, who will then work with your MLS for approval.
3. Receive IDX Account Details
   Once approved by your MLS, IDX Broker will finalize your account and send you login details.
4. Connect with RealtyCandy
   With your IDX Broker login, sign up for our integration service (plans staring at $79) at realtycandy.com/idx. We’ll complete the IDX integration on your site within, at most, 2 business day of receiving access.
5. Add Premium Templates and Tools
   To use our templates and IDXAddons, designate RealtyCandy as your IDX Developer Partner by following the steps at realtycandy.com/free.
