How does it work?
You choose one of the available themes, send us the content, and we will set up everything in your home page with the following items:
- 1 styled search bar
- 1 widget with your featured listings or MLS listings
- 3 custom results links for the Popular Searches
- 5 Community Pages
- Your branding (fonts, colors)
- Any special requests are considered Customizations ($150 per hour)
To consider
- The setup includes a DELUXE IDXConnect ($149 value)
- Your website will be hosted by RealtyCandy ($99 per year)
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Our themes are "what you see is what you get". A PureIDX website is a great option if you like one of our themes. However, if you're looking for something more specific, you/your designer can create the website and then hire us to integrate the IDX pages
