You can find it in your dashboard under: IDXAddons Dashboard → IDX Styles → Themes → Agent Profile

It’s designed for IDX Broker Office Accounts and currently includes two beautiful themes:

Basic – Clean, classic, and easy to read

Essentials – Modern, mobile-friendly, and visually engaging.

Once activated, your website will automatically display each agent’s bio, contact info, and featured listings — styled to match your site perfectly.

Featured Listings Integration

This feature also includes a Featured Listings option for Office Accounts.
It ensures that every agent profile looks complete — even for agents without active listings.

• If the agent has listings, their own properties will display.
• If not, the profile can show your office’s featured listings instead.

Note: The Featured Listings feature is being gradually added to all templates.
If you turn it on and don’t see listings, please contact us — we’ll verify your template’s compatibility and update it if needed.

How to Set Up the Agent Profile Feature

Setting up the Agent Profile feature is simple and ensures every agent on your site has a professional, consistent online profile. Follow these three steps:

1. Add Agents to IDX Broker and Apply Colors in IDXAddons

Before activating the profile feature, make sure all your agents are added to IDX Broker.

Step-by-step:

1. Log in to your IDX Broker account.
2. Go to the Agents section.
3. Click Add Agent or select an existing agent to edit.
4. Fill in the agent’s full name, photo, bio, and contact information.
5. Save the changes.

Tip: Keep agent information accurate and up-to-date. Profiles with complete details perform better in search results and help build trust with potential clients.

2. Setup IDX Styles Colors

Using IDX Styles ensures your Agent Profile pages match your website branding.

Step-by-step:

1. Log in to your IDXAddons dashboard.
2. Go to IDX Styles → IDX Styles.
3. Be sure the IDX Styles is Activated, if not, activate it. This will make you IDX pages colors be changed.
4. Select your Main Color and Secondary Color. These colors will automatically apply across your IDX Broker pages, including the Agent Profile themes.
5. Click Save to apply the colors.

Tip: If you already have your site colors set, double-check they look correct on a sample agent page. If you think anything is not working as expected, let us know and we can take a look for you.

3. Activate the Agent Profile Theme

Once your agents are added and your colors are set, it’s time to choose the Agent Profile layout.

Step-by-step:

1. In your IDXAddons dashboard, navigate to IDX Styles → Themes → Agent Profile.
2. Choose a theme: Basic or Essentials.
3. (Optional) Enable Featured Listings if you want agents without active listings to show your office’s featured properties.
4. Make sure your site uses a RealtyCandy template, as this feature only works with these templates.
5. Click Save All Settings, then visit an agent profile page to see your changes live.
