This tool is powered by Plunk and to use it you need to go to IDXAddons.com and search for "Plunk Valuation Widget", then sign up for one of our plans.

This tool features current price estimates, plus investor-grade forecasts for up to 3 years into the future. You can get their widget with current estimates, and 3-month, 1-year, and 2-year forecasts for free.
With the Pro subscription for only $2.99 per month, you also get access to the 3-year forecasts, neighborhood trends, a monthly email report, buyer's score, and a property investment calculator.
All we need to do is add the script to your site for you, and the icon will show where the live chat bubble usually is. There, users can click to fill out the lead capture form and receive their estimates.
Homebot Home Evaluation
Homebot is an automated tool you can check out here that captures leads and sends them monthly updates about their previous searches
You can add their widget on any page of your site, or integrate it into your IDX Broker Details pages using an API key and our IDX Add-ons. They also have monthly pricing options as well as the ability to create custom branding for their reports.

RPR AVM
An Estimated Home Value generated by a specialized computer program called an AVM, or automated valuation model, that assembles public property records and proprietary data.
This AVM estimates widget is shown on some of our Property Details templates. To activate this widget, you need to generate an API Key here and add it on our IDXAddons.com under the Keys menu.
After you register for the API Key, you will also be able to customize the widget and change its colors for it. Here are some examples of this add-on in action:
